Ditch the clunky barbell and focus on the fun!

Bootcamp is our 30-minute offering that is much more cardio focused. In bootcamp we’ve ditched the barbell and strength/skill portion of our CrossFit offering but still challenge you using dumbbells, kettlebells, running, jump rope and gymnastic movements like toes to bar and pull ups. We combine these in as many ways as possible to keep it interesting and fun. Workouts will normally be in the 15-20 minute range.
